Fall River Bakery in Huntsville, AL is more than just a bakery - it's a community. Lesley Pierce, the owner and operator, is committed to bringing authentic, traditional Portuguese cuisine to the south. The bakery believes in the value of locally-created food using the freshest ingredients sourced from local purveyors, including their own backyard chickens. Lesley was raised in an Azorean Portuguese/Scottish/English household in southeastern Massachusetts, where there is a large Portuguese community. After moving down south, she missed having a nata or slice of massa whenever she wanted. To satisfy her craving, she learned to bake them herself.  With a commitment to authenticity and baking from scratch, Fall River Bakery delivers the heartfelt warmth of genuine Portuguese baked goods in every bite. The bakery is proud to serve the Huntsville/Madison County area and thanks its customers for supporting local.
